A successful decorating project starts with the surfaces underneath. We discuss the condition of your walls, ceilings and woodwork, the look you want and how the rooms are used, so the quotation reflects the preparation and finish required.
Whether you are changing a feature-wall colour, refreshing a tired staircase or decorating newly plastered rooms, the work is planned around the agreed scope. Larger repairs or plastering requirements are identified separately so you know what is included.
Doors, frames & skirting
Preparation and painting of interior woodwork, including doors, frames, skirting boards and decorative rails. The finish is agreed to suit the surfaces and your preferred look.
Hall, stairs & landing
Decorating connecting spaces, including stairwell walls, ceilings and painted stair components. Access and the condition of existing coatings are considered when quoting.
Wallpaper & feature walls
Wallpaper stripping and hanging, feature-wall colour changes and repainting decorative panelling. Existing wall condition and wallpaper choice are discussed before work starts.

Can I choose my own colours?
Yes. Tell Brad which colours and finish you have in mind. If you plan to supply paint, mention this before the quotation so the materials allowance and specification are clear.
Do you include preparation?
The quotation will describe the preparation included. Filling, sanding, stain blocking or wallpaper removal will depend on the existing surfaces; extensive repairs are discussed separately.
Can you decorate while I am living at the property?
We can discuss room access, furniture and a practical sequence of work. Let Brad know about any timing or access requirements when arranging your quotation.
